The Thistledown Bakery creates mouth-watering delights from our produce. Offerings vary based on what’s in season, but you can count on heading home with something special for dessert.
Canned goodness, anyone? Take a shortcut and thrill your tastebuds. We’ve done the canning for you. From jam to pickled savories and sauces made from our fruits and vegetables, our offerings range based on season.
In addition to our own hazelnuts, we also offer roasted, salted hazelnuts from our sister farm, Hazelnut Hill. Hazelnut Hill is also an award-winning confectionary that specializes in products made with hazelnuts grown right next door, by the second generation of Hendersons — Ryan and Rachel. These products are at our stand and online at HazelnutHill.com. Toffees, artisan chocolates and other sweets are hard to say ‘no’ to!
